We are seeking a Bi Engineer to leverages data warehousing, database management, and BI tools to transform raw data into insightful, actionable reports. The BI Engineer plays a critical role in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build and deploy BI solutions such as reporting tools, data models and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
• Develop and update technical documentation for BI systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the BI solutions.
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends and recommend changes and enhancements to the current BI strategy.

Your expertise:

• Expertise in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and development of data models to support analytical reporting.
• Understanding of star and snowflake schemas, data normalization, and denormalization
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView
• Ability to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Proficiency in database management, optimization, and query performance tuning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• At least 4-5 years of experience with a proven history of Business intelligence delivery.
